Well, wonders never cease! Hotel heiress, compulsive socialiser, and party animal Paris Hilton – 
who’s been knocked into Los Angeles jail for 45 days for violating probation in a drunken driving case (she’s likely to be released on June 25) – has changed! Yes, you heard it right! She now says that she’s become spiritual, that God has given her a “new chance”, and that how after her release she would help people suffering from multiple sclerosis or breast cancer. The Guardian reported that, talking to television anchorwoman Barbara Walters (on the phone), Hilton said: “I’m not the same person I was… I used to act dumb. It was an act. I am 26 years old, and that act is no longer cute.” And here’s the clincher: “My soul did not like the way I was being seen and that is why I was sent to jail… God has released me.” Yes, Paris, we believe you. Miracles still happen now and then!
